Can I order for delivery, in-store or curbside pickup?
Yes, we have in-store pick-up available for next-day pick up. When placing your order online, click the pick-up location box when prompted for shipping. Please note that order fulfillment can take up to 48 hours.
The items I’m looking for are unavailable. What should I do?
If an item is not limited edition, we can alert you when the item is back in stock.

Do you carry a full range of sizes?
We do our best to carry a size assortment of each item. However, please note that sizes do vary so it is always best to order one size up from your regular size if you are not sure.

What is the maximum dollar amount of a gift card?
The maximum amount for each gift card is $500.
Is there a maximum number of gift cards I can order?
Yes, you can order up to 10 gift cards per order.
If a gift card is lost or stolen, can it be replaced?
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Is a gift card redeemable for cash?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

We ship to the Continental US.
How long will it take you to ship my order?
All orders to be fulfilled within 48 hours. If exceptions apply we will advise immediately.

It is shipped via UPS.
What does it cost to ship?
We charge a flat rate of $12.
Can I pickup my THG Merch at The Hot Grill?
You sure can! You’ll save on shipping, but please note that order fulfillment is still 48 hours. A member of our team will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
