Carmen's daughter Cristina is THE HOT GRILL's second generation. Although The Hot Grill has been in Cristina's life since birth, she officially joined the team in 2017. She's honored to keep THE HOT GRILL in the family. 

Cristina understands and values your love for THE HOT GRILL. She plans to keep everyone's favorite recipes the same. She'll make some minor changes that are necessary to meeting your expectations in 2018,  for dining in and to-go orders. Cristina looks forward to meeting all the patrons that will enjoy THE HOT GRILL for many years to come.
